First and Middle Selections?
Zane Mitchell and Gianna Aubrie however I so not think Zane and Gianna sound like sibblings for a girl I'd try something edgy but not totally out there. For example Paisley, Devyn, Tatum, Tayla, Addison, or Peyton might pair better with Zane. I love love love the name Zane though.
