What to wear for sixth form?

I am going to sixth form in September to do my A-levels, and I would like some advice on what to wear the dress code is 'smart office wear' as I am a skinny tall guy I need help we wore blazers all the way through year 7-11 and I always look thin I need some advice on how to look more 'fatter' as well should I wear extra layers?
