Gianna or Elena for a baby girl?

Beautiful names for the big sisters. As much as I like the name Gianna, I think Elena would be better. If you wanted something similar to Gianna, you could always name her Gia or Georgia or something like that. Personally, I think Stella, Ava and Gia go together rather well. Stella, Ava and Elena sound quite nice too. For a middle name, (for Elena) I would say something like Mai (or May). If you were to go with my choice of Gia, then for a middle name you could always use Ellen (similar to Elena!) or something like Lee (Leigh) or Louise or Leanne or something like that.
