What would be a decent outfit to wear to a job interview?

Pencil skirts, a short-sleeved, airy blouse, and some decent heels always do the trick for interviews. If you know you're going to be meeting the head honchos I would dress decently, so no obvious cleavage. Forever 21 is great for 16 yr olds, but not the super mini skirts, you're there to make a lasting impression. Maybe wear the brand of clothes from the place you're going to be interviewed for if they offer skirts and blouses? Usually helps. good luck!
