ALL are welcomed best answer 10 points easy and short question? What to do or how would you feel?

I work for a small concierge service. We are required to wear a navy blue blazer, white dress shirt and grey pants. The company provides us with a burgundy and navy blue tie. We had to buy the rest to work here. This has been about for at least 3 years. The company wants to change uniform to all black suit red tie, white dress shirt. We have to pay for it! They found a store that will give us a discount but we are able to be any suit we want...the problem is we have to pay for it..a THREE piece black suit. Some have arrangements to take money out there checks to get their suits. What are your thoughts? Is this fair? What are some better arrangements even if the company can't pay in full for the change?
