I'm going to Los Angeles, CA for a funeral. Is this ok to wear?

That should be good if u put on a formal skirt with it cause it does get hot trust me I live in California but black is just like black and I know it's a funeral but u don't wanna look like a total downer so I would wear like a white flower hat.
